Our Story
Gill Construction was established in the early 2026 with a simple focus: deliver reliable work, communicate clearly, and leave every project stronger than we found it. What began as a specialist carpentry operation has grown into a multi-disciplinary construction team trusted by homeowners and businesses across Australia.
Over the years, we have built a reputation for practical planning and meticulous delivery. From custom homes and major renovations to commercial fit-outs and bespoke joinery, every project is driven by disciplined supervision, quality trades, and a commitment to long-term outcomes.

2019
Apprenticeship Begins
Palvinder Singh Gill commenced his Certificate III Carpentry apprenticeship while simultaneously pursuing a Master of Business Analytics — combining hands-on trade training with a strong analytical and business foundation.
2019–2023
Four Years Under Expert Guidance
Throughout his apprenticeship, Palvinder worked closely with experienced carpenters and builders, developing a disciplined foundation in residential framing, fixing, and finishing.
2023
Apprenticeship Completed
Palvinder qualified as a tradesperson, marking the completion of four years of hands-on training and formal certification in carpentry.
2023–2025
Independent Trade Experience
Working under multiple carpentry and construction business owners across Melbourne, Palvinder broadened his skillset across diverse residential projects and site environments.
2026
Gill Construction Founded
Drawing on years of trade experience and a commitment to quality workmanship, Palvinder launched Gill Construction to deliver reliable carpentry and construction services across Australia.
